The KLM Paul Huf Junior Award
The winner of the KLM Paul Huf Junior Award is awarded EUR 10,000 in prize money. Half of this prize takes the form of a paid assignment commissioned by KLM. The KLM Paul Huf Junior Award was established following the death of Paul Huf in January 2002. The prize was awarded in 2003 for the first time to the promissing Dutch phototographer Sun Borger. In 2005 the prize is awared to photographer Tian-Sying Yang, student of the Rietveld Academie. He will receive this award in March 2006. The aim of the Junior Award is to reward and stimulate craftsmanship and professionalism among young photographers, in the spirit of Paul Huf.
